Job will not start.
- Resend the job to the printer, see Send Job to Printer.
- Try starting the job.
Printed model(s) fell off the build platform into the material tray.

Excess cured material in the material tray.
- Clean your material tray using the Manual Debris Removal feature, see Manual Debris Removal.

Be sure to properly prepare your specific material before each use. Always observe the relevant Material Safety Data Sheets supplied with the material bottle. Maintain the materials correctly, see Maintain Materials for details.
Printer will not turn on or off.
Restart your printer completely, see Power Cycle Pro XL for details.
Job cannot transfer to the printer.
1. Make sure to transfer your print job properly, see Send Job to Printer for details.
2. Check that your printer is connected to the network. See Connect Ethernet Pro XL and Set Up Wi-Fi Pro XL.
Poor surface quality of the printed model(s).
See Troubleshooting Cases Pro XL for details.
Printed model is missing layers or features.
See Troubleshooting Cases Pro XL for details.
Partially successful print.
See the Partially Successful Print section to help you identify, isolate, and resolve printer issues.
No network connection.
Build platform will not move up or down.
1. Restart the printer, see Power Cycle Pro XL.
2. Update the printer, see Update Software Pro XL.
3. If the previous steps did not work, contact Customer Support.
Envision One RP Software job cannot be created.
Job generation fails: This error message appears when trying to upload jobs via FTP to the offline printer. To fix it, check the internet or network connection on the printer.
Job can't be saved: When the error message appears telling that the job cannot be saved to the restricted directory, it means that there are no permission rights to write to the chosen directory. Select another directory for saving a job.
Job can't be sent: When the error message appears telling that the job cannot be sent to the printer, it means that the printer settings or buildstyle settings should be changed. The technicians and support specialists could perform these actions. Please contact Customer Support.

Cured or uncured material under the material tray.
1. Clean your material tray, see Clean Material Tray Pro XL.
The material tray is consumable with an approximate lifespan of up to 90 prints. Order a new material tray before the current tray expires or becomes damaged.
Print accuracy is not satisfactory.

Material tray is damaged.

An incorrect home position can exert excess pressure on the material tray. See Calibrate Home Position Pro XL.
Job completed with no cured material on the build platform or in the material tray.
This may be caused by the issue with the Projector’s LED, see Power Cycle Pro XL.
