This feature allows you to grant remote access to an ETEC support representative.
- Go to Settings > Remote Assist > Enable Remote Access. → The following screen appears.
- Switch the toggle button to On to enable Remote Assist. → A 5-digit code appears.
- Provide the 5-digit support key to your ETEC support representative. → The remote session starts.
- To terminate the remote session, set the toggle button to Off.
