This feature allows you to provide remote access to the printer to the support representative.
Notice: Remote access is temporary and can be terminated by the customer at any time.
1. From the home screen of the printer, go to Settings > Support > Remote Assist > Enable Remote Access.
→ The following screen appears.
2. Provide the 5-digit support key to your support representative via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Remote Assist Code for Support".
→ The remote session starts.
3. To terminate the remote session, select Disable Remote Access.
