Buildstyle is a file that comprises of a series of parameters that instruct your printer on how to process the printing material. Each material comes with various buildstyles that cater to different layer thicknesses and printers. Each buildstyle consists of over two dozen settings that regulate the way the printer processes the material.
Upload Buildstyle
Important: See Buildstyle Files to download the latest buildstyle for your material and printer combination.
1. Click on the printer image in the top right corner.
→ The Print menu opens.
2. Press the button and select Upload new.
→ The Windows file explorer opens, showing the folders on the printer.
3. Navigate to the folder that contains buildstyle you want to upload.
4. Select the required buildstyle(s) and press Open.
→ The selected buildstyle (s) is uploaded.
Select Buildstyle
1. Click on the printer image in the top right corner.
→ The Print menu opens.
2. Press the Buildstyle field and select the buildstyle from the drop-down list. The drop-down list contains the loaded into software buildstyles for the selected material and layer thickness.
Notice: The number of buidstyles available in the drop-down list depends on the selected printer, material, and layer thickness in the corresponding fields above the Buildstyle field.
3. Press Apply.
→ The selected buildstyle file is applied.
