This feature lets you open the support case directly from the printer.
1. Select Settings > Support > Request support.
2. If you have previously added your email address, press Select your email to choose it. If not, press Select your email > Add new email to input the required email address, then confirm by selecting OK.
3. Press Select your phone number to choose your existing number if you have added it before. Otherwise, press Select your phone number > Add new phone number to input the required number, then confirm by selecting OK.
4. Enter the printer serial number in the Serial Number field.
5. Press Symptoms and select the issue(s) by checking the corresponding box.
6. If the issue is not in the list, select Other, enter the issue using a keyboard, and confirm with OK.
7. Select the back button to save the changes and return to the Request support menu.
→ Once all fields are filled, they are marked with green checkmarks.
8. Select Send Request.
→ Your request has been submitted. The next available technician will assist you.
